Get Out Of Being In The "Just Over Broke" Mode

Too many people are stuck or trapped in what is known as a "Job" – which, by the way, stands for "Just Over Broke" - and don't know how to get out. In this article, I will go over earning passive income as being a way out.

As some of you know, the one business I recommend as being a rewarding and exciting one would be an Internet Business or Online Business. 

Having an online business would offer the type of freedom that so many of us want, such as being able to spend more time with family and creating our own schedule. 

Think about this:

If you were given the choice of receiving $1000 as a one-time payment for a job you performed OR $500 every month for that same job - which would you choose?

If you perform a job, just one time, and get paid for that same job many times over, you're earning residual income. So, of course, you would choose the latter, right?

Let me give you a real-life example about what I mean:

Let’s take Elvis Pressley as the example, Elvis continues to earn residual income today, even after death. 

How? 

Because his records continue to sell and therefore continue to make money for him still till this day.

That’s the kind of residual income you need to tap into. The kind that will continue to work for you for many years to come.

In online business terms, residual income can also be referred to as passive income. Meaning, you can afford to not work, not be active, but being passive about the earning of your income, and still receive it.

Many people are conditioned to think that they have to trade time and effort to earn income. Many others were brought up to believe that in order to achieve their major objective in life or to live a good life that they have to go through school.

I am not sure if you were brought up this way but this is NOT true. So if you have this form of belief, I am here to tell you that you must get rid of this belief.

Life has so much to offer, and I’m sure that if you’re still reading this – you know that too!

Many of us work hard in school to get good grades so that we can get into a good college or university. Once there, we work even harder so that we can achieve that “good, secure job”. Then when we manage to get that job, we continue to work hard and try to “climb the ladder” towards so-called success.

That’s where we get stuck and afterward realize that we just can’t afford to stop there because if we did, our income would stop too!

But guess what?

Even if you’re making a good living financially, you’re not wealthy because you’re truly not free to completely do what you want.

I've heard, read, and even personally witnessed, so many stories of "rich EMPLOYEES" not being able to join their family on vacations or worse yet, not being able to spend valuable time with a family member who was sick in the hospital, just because they couldn't afford to be away from their job for too long or their employer would not approve their time off.

It does not have to be that way for anyone, including you. 

If you're asking yourself, "Can someone like me really earn passive income?" 

The answer is, "YES" - so stop asking!

There are millions, if not billions of people with access to the internet. 

Do you know what that means?

That means that their is a huge audience out there, growing every day, just for you. And from what I've gathered through research, every single month there are thousands, if not millions, of people starting a business online. Which proves that you can too.

You have the greatest opportunity right now to CREATE YOUR SUCCESS in the online business world. 

Online marketing and advertising can be done so easily nowadays - EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT. 

There are so many proven formulas that have already been created and used by others, SUCCESSFULLY, that you can use to make multiple streams of income come in for you.  

However, you don't want to believe everything you hear or see online. Skepticism is encouraged a bit here because, unfortunately, there are a few dishonest people who create a lot of hype, unfulfilled promises, and scams online.

Fortunately, there are some exceptions.

You should feel comfortable and confident about using a service or buying a product online that would help you make money. If you have the slightest of doubts then move on to another. 

Conduct your due diligence.

Here are a few guidelines you can follow in order to develop good habits that will help you get out of being in that just over broke mode: 

Plan Your Work & Work Your Plan

Create a plan. 

Set achievable objectives, both short-term and long-term objectives. Prepare some form of a budget and stick to it as much as possible. Having an online business, just like in any other kind of business, requires you to do certain things and these are just a few of them. So make sure you plan your work and after you plan it out, work it! - Take action.  

Conduct regular checks to ensure you're on track and to determine any deviations from your plan, then take any necessary actions, when needed.

Staying Organized

You may find yourself downloading a lot of software, e-books, pdf files, etc., or maybe it was just me. But if this is you too, you may get or start to get a bit unorganized with it all.  

You'll start to have a lot of contacts who could turn out to become potential leads or customers. 

Chances are that you've signed up to many membership sites that require a password.

Therefore, you may need to ensure some kind of system to keep all of this information and data easy to find when you need it. 

Ensuring that you have it all organized, in its properly named folders would prevent loss of time and unnecessary frustration.

You can also create a simple HTML page with hyperlinks to all of these important sites and keep it on your desktop for easy access.

Focus With Concentration

Yes, having an online business provides you with all the freedom in the world, but you still have to have some form of discipline. 

The moment you decided to sit down in front of your computer and start an online business, you have to stay focused and not allow yourself to become distracted, or else you will lose your concentration on what it is you are trying to achieve. After all, it's a business and with that said, you must treat it as so.  Try and stick to a certain schedule, especially when you're starting out. Let your family and friends know this schedule so that you can stay focused.

But don't get carried away either by spending too much time in front of your computer. Always keep in mind that your loved ones, including your pets, deserve your attention and time too.

Be Consistent 

While along your online entrepreneurship journey, you're going to get tempted with so many attractive offers from the web that promise to help you improve your business. Don't fall for it! Don't fall into the trap of some of these promises. Just keep the ones that work for you, stick with just a handful of strategies that work, and stick with them. 

For example:

Let's say you've submitted a few articles to drive free traffic to your sites and it's working, it's giving you positive results, stick to it and continue with this strategy while improving and fine-tuning others.

Try again!

Like many businesses, there will be times when you will encounter failures and a bit of disappointment along your journey, we all do.

You must persevere these failures.

This is by no way shape or form a get-rich-quick-scheme. It may take time to physically see the fruits of your efforts but know that it will come. Use any and all the failures you encounter as lessons and LEARN FROM THEM.

There's success and opportunities in every failure. 

Your intention will tell you what you want but your action will determine what you get.
